WHEN DOES MY ORDER SHIP?
We answered this first, because we know it’s the most popular. Simply put, all order placed launch week will ship Thursday, September 5.
HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER
Your order should be received within 4 – 8 days of placing your order, however this will depend on your location. You will receive your tracking details which will allow you to follow your order’s delivery status. Please note, we are unable to ship internationally for launch week.
HOW DO I UPDATE MY ORDER?
Please ensure that your order details are accurate, prior to ordering. In the event of an error, we may cancel your order so that you’re able to re-order with accuracy.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
Stay tuned. Due to the nature of the items, our lashes are non-refundable. At the point of our merch launch, clothing will be fully refundable and exchangable.
